When I am logged in, the issue I have seen that that download limit is increasing. But when I disabled all plugins for checking and and enabled one by one and after enabling all , the issue is not appearing. I have reset the limit, save settings. Can you please let me know, if there is a any settings that after saving the issue is appearing? Please kindly check.

This happens due to mismatch url protocol between the settings as I image attached, I have changed from your end, but it may be have to set from your server too,

It is not WPDM login interface, it is WordPress default login interface. Please kindly elaborate on it.

If you have activated it and it still shows in red “deactive”. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. You may also switch theme to another for checking. Please kindly check and let me know.

If you are importing CSV file without ID column, it will create new id for the packages. And ID column is for updating exiting package, for the cases, you are updating exciting packages. I hope you have understood. Please kindly check.

If you are trying to update ID of an exiting packages, for the cases, please use ID column with your existing packages ID, which you are trying to update. Please kindly check.
