With WDMP you can have packages for the different company by making a category for each company package.

Now, the things you want is admin panel access to the specific user to a specific package category. That’s mean staff can only upload to their accessed category/company packages.
You can use category manager to achieve that. https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/front-end-category-manager/

To achieve this you have to use 3rd party access control plugins which allows you to access users/staff action in the admin panel, like which permission they have, where they can post.
Example plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/

Or, you can use custom user role describe here to manually achieve this.

And for access the download page of the package for specific staff you can use WP Pro Membership, this allows giving access specific users to specific package or category(company).

Actually, it seems like the authentication problem with the API. Can you delete the project from Google and retry with a new one as it in your local machine I can’t log in and work.

If you configured google API key dashboard correctly then you will have 3 kays (API key for access, Client ID & Client secret). And did you put the URL correctly while making the client id and secret?
