And if you allow the form lock than no one could download that without unlocking it. you can get WDMP updates and pro forum access for one year with the yearly membership. Does your license for one year expired?

If not check the settings -> license section and login in the settings -> updates section in the downloads menu from the dashboard.

If you want to change the symbol you need to change the base country in Premium package settings. If you want to change the position then go settings -> premium package -> payment and you can see the currency configuration.
And go to Settings -> premium package to change the base country that will change currency symbol.

And currently, we don’t have support for the different price according to payment method.

If you want to validate user upload in that way you need modification to existing plugin.
As with the front-end uploader (https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/frontend-uploader/?adb_page=add-new) user can create new package. The package type and file type can be validated. But you want custom csv validation. Currently, which is not possible with the existing feature. As it is a custom error with your custom logic.
