aps-content-cat.php loads when the category is being clicked. Else the archive-page-with-sidebar.php template use on page loads.

You can show specific category packages to events page and when post package from frontend select that category, so the packages will be uploaded to that page through the category.

User can’t access the dashboard without login, so it referred to login/reg page. Its the default feature.

you can use the w3 total cache plugin, which is recommended and compatible with WDM.

Have you had a caching plugin previously enabled but since disabled it (and it didn’t clean up and remove the object-cache.php)? Rename the object-cache.php to get back into the system, then investigate.

Thanks for clarifying the problem in details.

As you need the title DOWNLOADS needs to be colored in black, and show the category name in the list of files.

The title color is default theme title color, that you can change by adding extra class or id on the theme CSS.

You can add extra template file on theme folder, but you have to put it in an extra folder name download-manager into the theme folder. It is the recommended system.

And you can add this template file from /plugins/download-manager/tpls/wpdm-category.php into the theme/download-manager folder to make customization to show title on the single category page.

Change the CSS on line 13 <h1 class="header-1 entry-title"><?php the_wpdm_title(); ?></h1> for category title color change.

You can use any kind of membership plugin to hide specific pages contents. or you can set permission to a specific category,

First of all, I have tested all way, in the package setting the package is visible to all visitor. but it seems like without login the page is not accessible, it redirects to login page.

Do you have any PHP error log on the server?

There is a security access which checks the admin role to load the pdf file maybe.

If you are talking about the package page template then you need to use the page template with package view, link template only works with the link. It will be more clear if you send screenshot about your problem. Or you can send login in private to check the page.

If you need specific link template you can build one by copying from existing or using blank template from /edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=templates.

If you need extra customization you can, you need to edit template files inside /plugins/wpdm-arhive-page/tpls/ dir. Please follow the following steps to edit a template file so that new update doesn’t erase your changes:

– Create a dir named download-manager inside your active theme directory if it is already not there.
– Copy all the files you need to modify from /plugins/wpdm-arhive-page/tpls/ dir to download-manager inside your active theme dir
– Update template file(s) in {active-theme}/download-manager dir as per your need
