I hope you are well.
In our inspection, we found that selected files are getting uploaded properly without any failure.
Please update your WPDM Pro copy to the latest version which is right now 6.0.4 as well as update the related add-ons as well.
Also, try after disabling this option.
It may solve your issue.

1. Please deactivate this add-on which should stop eCommerce functionality.
2. There is no limit. You can try these settings. Hopefully, it will solve your issue.

If you want to collect user email with the free version of WPDM then please use the below add-on.

Form Lock – Ask users to fill a form to get access to download


However, with the Pro version of WPDM, you can achieve the above-mentioned functionality easily by following this in the package settings section and using the below add-on.

Sorry for the misunderstanding since you have posted your topic in the Pro support forum. You don’t need the Pro version.
Also, According to the latest update of WPDM, you also need to update the other add-ons as well. So, please update your Download Limit add-on to version 2.6.1 or you can download the latest version from here.
If still the problem exists then provide us with your admin login credentials and site URL with us in a private reply.

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. We have released the latest version 6.0.4 of the WPDM PRO plugin and add-ons. According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the WPDM Extended Short-codes plugin as well which is right now 2.9.0. please update it.
I hope it will work fine then. if it doesn’t work, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.

In our testing environment download limit is working fine.
Make sure that you are using the latest version for WPDM Pro 6.0.4 as well as the Download Limit add-on 2.6.1.
If still, the problem exists then please provide us with the relevant page/file URL. Also, if possible can you share your WordPress admin login credentials and site URL with us in a private reply so that we can debug and give you a better solution about it?

That was due to an error in the shortcode. Page template meant to be used with details page only and link templates is for shortcode.
Hope you understand now.
“FILE NOT FOUND” is showing because you haven’t attached any file on the relevant post or got removed somehow.
Can you please share your admin login credentials and site URL in a private reply so that we can debug it?
Also, please open a separate support topic in the future so that we can track and give you a solution ASAP.

Can you please clear your site cache? Also, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

Since it’s a live site and you have deactivated/deleted the version 6.0.4. Also, it’s not even installed now so, can you please provide us with a staging website where we can debug the latest version issue and give you a proper solution?

Please check this screencast.
If I misunderstood then record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this?

Previously it was a bug. Page template meant to be used with details page only and link templates is for shortcode. Hope you understand now.
Please use text in the desc param for now by following this.
However, we will adjust the desc param value 1 in the next update.
So, please cooperate with us by sparing some time.

Hi,
I think you have updated WPDM pro recently.
Simply visiting the link and page template menu on the admin site will resolve the issue as the action will regenerate the templates automatically in new style.
