Hope you are well.
First of all, make sure that the template is located under Dashbaord>Downloads>Templates and you have selected the corresponding template in the Elementor block.
If, still the problem exists then visit Dashboard>Downloads>Templates>Link & Page template tabs.

1.Take your site back up first and then Download the latest version from the Premium Download Area.
2. Now, upload and replace the older version with the new version through the WordPress admin panel plugin installation section by following this.
3. Done! ( The process will not harm your old data/settings ).

According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the other add-ons as well. Please update them specially WPDM - Archive Page add-on to it’s latest version 4.3.0, or you can download them from here.

Well, wpdmdl is the URL parameter to pass the download ID with the download link.
So, it’s a required param/function of the WPDM plugin.

Hi @arianna-bianchi,
Auto-install sometimes fails due to auth error or server file permission issue.
Download Manager Free latest version is 3.2.15 which should be auto updatable through the plugin section and you don’t need to use WordPress Download Manager v3.0.

In our inspection, we found that the Imagick library is not enabled/installed on your server. Please enable/install it or contact your server support and they will do it for you.
Have a look at this as well.
After enabling it hopefully your issue will be solved.

The popup window is disappearing due to the unsupported PayPal currency. If you want to use the PayPal payment method properly then you have to use supported currencies.
