It’s working fine in our test environment.
Can you please clear your site cache? Also, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

There can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. We have released the latest version 6.0.8 of the WPDM PRO plugin and add-ons. According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the other add-ons as well. Please update them, or you can download them from here.

You can even make the files more secure by using Protect The File feature like this.

Are you using the latest version of the WPDM – PDF Viewer plugin as well?
Also, which time you will be available on the team viewer in case if we need to check the backend?
Or, is there any way else to log in to your admin panel?
