It’s working fine in our test environment.
Can you please clear your site cache? Also, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

There can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

Also, which time you will be available on the team viewer in case if we need to check the backend?
