I have created a test package here and it’s working fine.
There might be a problem with the package creation or the user role.
Also, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

In my inspection, I found that you are using ad older version of the WPDM Pro.
Please download the latest version 6.0.8
of the WPDM Pro from here.
Then, remove the older version and install the latest downloaded version. You can take a backup for safety before performing such action.
Hopefully, your problem will be solved.

You can rename the folder or simply delete the folder using FTP software and then try to install the plugin.
However, on attempting to reinstall it shouldn’t remove the code and DB entries but for safety please take a backup before reinstall.

It seems you are using the WPDM free version 3.2.16
and the latest version of the WPDM Pro is right now 6.0.8
.
You can download the latest version from here.
However, please provide us with your main admin account
where I can access the installed plugin and full download manager option as your site is network-enabled.
Also, there can be a conflict with other third-party plugins, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

However, Auto-update sometimes fails due to auth error or server file permission issue, however, you always can download any add-on from here and install it.

Lots of WPDM required files are not loading properly from the server that’s why the file icons are appearing as big.
Please check this.
Make sure to clear your browser, website and CDN caches if you have any.
