Hello @ruben-ys,
Hope you are well.
You have attached files from the media library that’s why it’s showing place holder image.
However, if you upload the images directly or attach them from the server as a server path then the images should be visible.
Let me know if you need further assistance regarding this matter.
Thank You
Hello @midihead7,
Hope you are doing great.
Well, it’s completely safe to use and not a threat actually as lots of other users are using it on several servers and systems.
You can add it to the Bitdefender scan exclusion list by following this. Then you should be able to upload and use it on to your server without any interruption.

Hello @nvision,
Hope you are doing great.
Currently, there is no option to clear the old/outdated files. However, we are going to add a new option in the next/future update under the settings/package edit section like this delete associated files when the package gets deleted
.
So, please cooperate and spare us some time.
Also, if you remove/delete files from the uploads->download-manager-files
then it should show Sorry! File not found!
instead of going to wp-admin.
Make sure that there is no redirection applied.
If still, the problem exists then please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.

Hi,
You have to provide us with the SFTP and admin access so that we can check the issue elaborately.
In our test, we found there is no conflict exists. Also, you have to use either the free or Pro version at a time. Not both of them together.
Without accessing your admin panel how should we debug and resolve issues for you?
If you cooperate with us by providing access, we can guarantee you that your issues will be resolved and we will be able to set up a demo for you as your refund period is over.
Thanks

Hi,
The stats table can be big based on your site traffic and downloads.
Deleting stats data shall clear the stats table, but still, package download count will be available.
Enabling the auto-clean option will keep your session table clean.
Keep selected the Save in Database
option because the Save in file
option is for the low traffic sites.
However, we are checking the Temporary Storage Management
issue which will be adjusted with the upcoming update.
Thanks
