We have found the issue, most probably you might have tried to pay twice for the same order.
So the duplicate charge has been refunded and it will be added to your account within a couple of business days.

I have checked your referred issue and it appears that due to the SG Caching, you were facing such an issue.
After clearing the caching the whole package is now downloading appropriately.

We have checked your requirement and unfortunately, it’s not possible with the free version of WPDM.
However, with WPDM Pro it’s possible to open in a new window.

In the related template file, please use the [download_url] template tag which should enable the direct download instead of going to the single files and opening in a new tab as well.
