actually your need to discuss it with your server support, another solution is using cloud service like Amazon S3 , wpdm has an add-on for that:

Those files are not available in this dir /.../httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/

Please copy those files to the /wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/ dir and then downloads will work fine.

It is still happening for your server’s connect timeout, after timeout when I click retry on browser download library, it resumes download again.

You may try deactivating other plugins to find out faulty one

It seems like due to your low cache memory in your server, when there are multiple files attached with a package, wpdm try to create zip file using all attached file before start download, but when your free cache memory in your server is lower than required space to create zip, it will fail to download, so in that case, you need to zip those file in your pc then upload and attach with that package or increase cache memory.

If you are trying to introduce new membership plan,  you have to select/assign packages to that label. However, as it works now, you can assign single membership plan per user, but we are adding multiple subscription feature with the next update of the plugin.

May you please tell me little more specifically what do you want to change there. However, template customization steps are here:

1. Create a dir named download-manager inside your active theme dir
2. Copy wpdm-all-downloads.php from plugins/download-manager/tpls/ dir to the dir you created in step #`
3. Now you can edit copied wpdm-all-downloads.php the way you want.

The process is to keep your changes even after updating plugin.

There is nothing to hack or change in code, you simply need to set those up properly, I just need to check if you configured those, also we don’t change code in any single installation as next update will erase those.
