Google viewer was having an issue in showing your pdf, so used a different approach to show the preview.

The problem was the cross-origin request blocking issue.  However, I’ve change frontend from HTTP to https and everything is working fine now.

Do not use [thumb] or [thumb_WxH] tag in link/page template, instead use [preview] tag to show image preview.

doc preview is showing fine now.

If you want to check user’s download history, you can do that from Admin Menu Users Hover On Any User Download Stats

Sorry for your trouble, we added some additional template in few version and forgot to add those in pro version and no other user also ever asked, however, we shall add those missing templates with pro version now and will be available with the next update.  Still changing short-code shouldn’t take more than few mins. Thanks.

However, please follow the steps to fix the issue:

1. Deactivate and Delete currently active  WPDM – Premium Packages plugin
2. Go to Admin Menu Downloads Add-ons
3. Install and Active WPDM – Premium Packages plugin again

Done.

Issue fixed, the downloads are working fine now, however, we had fixed the issue with the latest version, you have an old version installed.

Speed is ok now, for some reason, your server was talking very long time to generate dynamic thumbnails. So, I’ve disabled that part in file download-manager/libs/class.Package.php

About the files/packages, users only will be able to manage ( edit/delete ) their own files/packages, that is how wpdm pro originally works.

Actually, there are many plugins at wordpress.org for that purpose, we didn’t implement that, as it is not within the scope of wpdm pro, however, we have the plan to add the feature with the following add-on:
