The featured image already showing on the top of the page is coming from your theme. So, you can skip thumb tag totally from your page template, you can customize template file following step 3 here:

Found it. The issue was caused by Invisible reCaptcha plugin, I’ve deactivated the plugin and now registration is working fine.

As standard WordPress practice, we use .po file for translation, you will find the English translation file at /plugins/download-manager/languages/wpdmpro.po, you can copy that file you create a new language file in your own language. However, wpml usually should work fine, but we don’t have any guidance for wpml.

It is probably something between your site and Google api. However, please try generating and using new site key for captcha API.
Seems like a conflict with your theme css or another active plugin css. It can be fixed by adding some css, please give me your URL to suggest your required css changes.
