The issue is happening due to Google API library conflict, please use https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-bank/ for SMTP, which is working fine with wpdm.
Also, please name download-manager-new to download-manager

The issue is not related to wpdm pro, I disabled the shortcode and page still loading infinite recurringly

It is not PHP version incompatibility, It is something like javascript conflict or some server security rule, please give me FTP access to plugins dir to check the issue in details and resolve it.
