It only will change if something in the database is messed up while you are transferring site. The best way is exporting SQL tables from phpmyadmin and then importing them back in your production server using phpmyadmin.

The issue is happening due to Google API library conflict, please use https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-bank/ for SMTP, which is working fine with wpdm.
Also, please name download-manager-new to download-manager

The issue is not related to wpdm pro, I disabled the shortcode and page still loading infinite recurringly
