affiliate registrar? did your signed up user purchased anything? You will see them on the list only after they purchase something from your site, I tested again and it worked fine:

Please try clear cookie and try affiliate from a browser where you are not logged in. When an affiliate is valid it is tracking properly, I tested on your site, as you also saw in the screenshot with the last reply.

The accordion is ok now, it was not working due to some javascript conflict, I added some additional js in wpdm-accordion.php to adjust the issue and it is working fine now.

May you please contact your hosting company or disable any security plugin you have installed, it could be due to IP blocking on admin area URL.

It only will change if something in the database is messed up while you are transferring site. The best way is exporting SQL tables from phpmyadmin and then importing them back in your production server using phpmyadmin.
