Changing Template Files in /plugins/download-manager/src/{ComponentDir}/views/ ( Download Manager Plugin ) dir:
Create a dir named download-manager inside your active theme dir
Now copy the files you want to modify from /src/{ComponentDir}/views dir to /{active-theme}/download-manager/ dir.
Customize template file(s) in {active-theme}/download-manager dir as per your need
Keep dir structure, means, a file from /src/Packages/views/link-templates dir should go to /{active-theme}/download-manager/link-templates dir.Topic: Download not possible
Hello,
after clicking on the download button on the product page the download doesn’t start, instead only [file_list] is shown on the page. A download is neither started nor happens at all. Link is checked an correct, futhermore browser- and wordpress cache have both been purged. Thank you for your support in advance.

Yes, I am afraid it cannot be replicated. I cannot replicate it now. But, we have an order that the customer paid, and it never synced with the site.
How about PayPal debugging? Is there any option to enable this? We need to see if the customers return after purchase, or that PayPal sends back the order information. We had successful orders in January, but no orders, except the one failed order, in February (and the customer paid, but it never updated in your software).
If not, then yes, I will create a dev site. As well, we are discussing removing Guest purchases…as maybe forcing a sign up will allow us to control that order further (as once you get a guest order, you cannot do anything with it, like send the link for download, etc)…

For now…is there a way to do some PayPal debugging in your software?

I remember there was a related issue. We fixed that. Now it seems that issue is fixed. That is the reason I asked for screen record as I failed to reproduce. or you can tell me the process to bypass that. We will work on that.

If you want to embed email lock form on page, please use[download_link_extended]instead of[download_link]tag with the link/page template.Docs:

Hello. I want to show the link with “all-downloads” as the website homepage.
When I enter the main page https://pnghit.com, the “all-downloads” page above should be displayed.
but provided that the home page link remains unchanged. So it will remain as https://pnghit.com, the page displayed is https://pnghit.com/all-downloadshttps://pnghit.com/all-downloads I want it to appear as home page. I would be glad if you help.

You can not change font separately. Currently the feature is unavailable also not possible to change that using css.
For styling button you can use the below free addon.You can use custom button using below free addon. You can use this button shortcode in anywhere including page, post, page template and link template.

We use dropbox for file storage. In plugin settings > cloud storage tab, I’ve tried to click on “connect with dropbox” button, but it gives this error:

I have setup access to a certain membership level but it doesn’t seem to work, I test dummy account with no permission (copy and paste the link) and it can open the download just fine.
Same problem here. Any sugestions?

When you attach file as URL. WPDM simply redirect to that URL when someone click on download link, there is no way to hide the URL. But, if you want to keep the item protected you may follow any of the following steps:- Upload the file through WPDM
- Attach file using server file browser
- Using any of the could storage add-on Amazon S3, Dropbox Explorer

When i insert an URl instead of using the drop the files box, the download end up to NOT be mapped so anyone can see the source link of the downloaded file.
Any idea how to fix it?
