Hello,
I am wondering how to change the function of after logging in it will go automatically to My Downloads and not Profile. I cannot edit the slug because it will need a / after download-dashboard. I don’t know where the login destination is edited.

In WordPress Dashboard for Membership plugin only paypal is available. I’ve added the addon instamojo payment gateway and configured it in wp premium membership but it is not showing instamojo and it is showing only the Paypal checkout option in Membership Pro profile page dashboard – https://www.smartzworld.com/downloads/dashboard/?udb_page=membership-plans.
It shows below error for paypal checkout: I think the currency should be INR for India.

Thank you for adding the new option to duplicate downloads in 5.3.4.
By default users with the role of Editor are unable to see the Duplicate link for each Download in the ‘All Packages’ list. Is there a way to turn this on for Editors?

Hopefully this is a quick win – it would be very helpful to see the permalink for each download in the all packages view because we have multiple staff uploading files and consistency of naming is very important. Could you add a screen option to display the permalink slug (i.e. for Permalink: https://greenfins.net/material/gf_all_por_usedoil_a4/ the column would display gf_all_por_usedoil_a4
Hope this makes sense and can be included in the next update!

We’ve had a lot of issues with the current update, and only with the help of support here have been able to make it work. Recently, a download limit of ‘3’ was applied to about 40% of our packages seemingly at random. We were able to fix this with a simple SQL query to replace the ‘3’ with ”. Easy enough. However, now when someone starts a download after agreeing to our T&C, the file downloads twice at the same time. Anyone have experience with this? Ive tried disabling “Parallel Downloads” as that was the only setting I could find that sounded remotely close, with no noticeable change. Please advise.
I have enabled captcha, but downloading is still allowed without using it.
I’ve activated Captcha via downloads / settings / basic.Captcha is there. No errors.
But anyone can download without verification.Help please.

I installed a fresh WordPress yesterday, and purchased the Pro version plus all the addons.
I installed the download manager plugin and “WPDM – Archive Page”.
I added three “downloads”, categories and tags.now I have two problems. When I use the “wpdm_packages” or “wpdm_category” shortcode and use “id” or “categories” to slug multiple categories, it always shows only the first category in the list.
If I use the shortcode “wpdm_archive_filter”, the filters are afflicted with the same problem. If I select multiple categories in the filter, only downloads from the 1st filter come up. The same problem is with the tags.
We tested the whole thing on an Avada installation, and got these problems. After that, we set up a fresh WordPress, and got the same problems. Are these known? I hope for a quick fix.

wpdm_all_packageshas an optional parameterloginwith value0or1, if you setlogin=1as the shortcode parameter, the shortcode result will be members-only/login-protected. But if you want to make the shortcode result public, please skip thelogin=1totally or setlogin=0.

For updating, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from
Downloads > Settings > License, which will regenerate the access token. Finally, go to the plugins page and the update will work fine this timethanks

Actually that option doesn’t do the trick, it just resets the filter options above the button.
To reset stats I had to go to settings > privacy and remove cache and download history.
The database is much MORE small now, it went from 9GB to less than 1GB.
Can you create an option do disable downloads history? Or make it possible to set to save only a certain amount of days, for example, save download history for the last 90 days

Sorting by downloads does not work.
I have added the Gutenberg block “Packages” to my page. Unfortunately, it does not sort the downloads according to the number of downloads entered, even if I set it to do so at the top. Is there a problem here? I have added all downloads to the category “Downloads” and only display these….
Is there any help?

I was using this shortcode [wpdm_category] – Query All Downloads From One or More Categories for a while, but after updated to the last version Pro 5.3.5 the shortcode doesn’t show any package.
