You are updating the WPDM Pro after a long time. So, simply visiting the link and page template menu on the admin dashboard will resolve the issue. As the action will regenerate the templates automatically in the new style.
Go to Downloads>templates then visit all tabs there.
I hope it will work fine then. If it doesn’t work, please, provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.

Hello,
I suggest you visit the links and then make PDF of those using the ctrl+p button while on the page on browser. Then you can upload the pdf files as downloads.
or another suggestion you can copy/paste links in .txt file and then make those as downloadable files.
Then you can show like a list using this shortcode
If you just want to make link, it doesn’t need wpdm. you can make a html button and link there.

However, none of them register on my site. It says I do not have Pro
The Plugins page says I am running the most up to date version of them all, but when people try and download anything it says there is no Pro version
I keep trying to update Download manager in but Downloads / settings / update
But WPDM Directory Add-on ( wpdm-archive-page.zip ) just keeps saying “Please Wait” for hours
WPDM Accordion ( wpdm-accordion.zip ) says “expired”, and when I try and install it, it just says “Order does not belong to you!” on your website, and will not let me install the new purchase!
There is no-where to enter the Pro license key and put Pro in.
I had to get someone else to code the link templates, and the page templates and I am scared that if I uninstall and reinstall it, I will lose the templates, and I don’t know how to reinstall them.
Please can you help?

First of all, make sure that the template is located under Dashbaord>Downloads>Templates and you have selected the corresponding template in the Elementor block.
If, still the problem exists then visit Dashboard>Downloads>Templates>Link & Page template tabs.

But as you are using TinyMCE add-on for now just change the item_per_page to items_per_page. Our developer team working on it, soon this little problem will ne solved.

For at least the last week I’ve bene unable to attach any dropbox files to my downloads. I have the necessary paid plugin and it has always worked without issue. Now when I try to create a new download I can go through all the steps to attach the DB file but nothing every actually attaches.
I tried disabling all plugins but the ones for download manager to rule out a conflict but the files just won’t attach.

You can select a specific category for all the similar topic files, then use this shortcode and add that category slug on the shortcode. You can add those names in the title. I think, it will look like what are you looking for.

I have checked all of my plugins. No conflict to be found.
I’m not sure what you checked when you were in my site – but it’s the template that isn’t working. I created a new template without the download_link_extended and I can get that one to work in preview as well as on my live site after clearing the cache. It must’ve happened with the new update to 6.0.6? I didn’t have this problem until then.
Here’s the problem – I do NOT want to switch my template for all 250 downloads. What can we do to fix this?

One more thing: I noticed that the Progress bar is missing from the Waiting Page (https://clearskies.eu/csog/downloads/downloading/) is missing.
You can reproduce the issue by yourself by clicking any of the download buttons on the page I provided the link to. The same goes for any other download page and buttons. I will not make a screen recording of something you can do yourself by means of a single mouse click.

As stated, all was well until I updated WPDM.

A few days ago I updated WPDM to the latest version. That caused Lazy Download to disappear from the settings menu. I removed the Lazy Download plugin (deactivated and deleted from the server) and reinstalled the latest version. While it did appear again in the settings menu, the plugin is not doing anything. Downloads are not “lazy” but download immediately. For example, on this page of my website: https://clearskies.eu/csog/downloads/dsfootw/
The plugin is set to Enable Lazy Download and the individual downloads are set to either Enable or Global. Neither setting for the downloads make a difference, nor does toggling the settings from enabled to disabled and back.
What I suspect is the problem, is that the redirection to the set Waiting Page is just not happening.
Looking forward to your solution.

The font is now bigger and the button smaller than before. Is the a chance to change it?

I see email lock and download is working fine. Please check this screencast.
Also, please check now categories are fetching properly, as the shortcode was not correct. However, please keep the parameter value items_per_page="15". But, if you want to set more value on that parameter then you have to increase your server memory limit or the page might not save/ will crash.

All of my add-ons were updated before I opened this ticket.

Please update your WPDM Pro to the latest version 6.0.6 first and then use the updated shortcode mentioned in the below link. As you can see template parameter should be link-template ID and make sure it exists under Downloads ► Templates.
