The issue isn’t related to pro membership or the download manager. By deactivating all plugins and examining the post categories and tags, you’ll notice the 500 server error. Please contact your server support for assistance.

The download and view counts are independent of the statistical data, which records the history of package downloads, such as who downloaded the package and which packages were downloaded. These counts will continue to rise even if the stats are deleted.

I have tested the loading time,

The issue may be due to an excessive number of entries in the table. Clearing the statistics data could help to improve the loading time.
Please attempt to delete the stats data (export it from the stats tab if needed) and clear the cache as well.
