It’s working fine now

The short-code was placed under html component, after placing the shortcode inside the Text Block it’s working fine.

Can I create a new page for testing the short code?

The button has not disappeared; it’s still there, but its background color has changed to white. Please try updating the button color by going to Settings > User Interface > Colors.
