To change the label and placeholder text, you’ll need to modify them directly in the plugin’s code file.

I have used this CSS in my themes Additional CSS section and now the modal appearing like this

Try clearing the cache and a different browser as well.

In the latest update, we’ve introduced new UI improvements. You can now easily customize colors and button radius by navigating to Downloads > Settings > User Interface.
