You can create individual packages containing single files and assign them all to a common category. Then, by using the wpdm_category shortcode, you can display all related files in one place, making it easy for users to find and download them.
Alternatively, you can also use a dedicated Download Page to allow users download individual files.
From link template, the files will be downloaded as zip file. Users have the option to download individual files directly from the download page

Unfortunately, WooCommerce Subscriptions is not compatible with Download Manager. This is because Download Manager has its own digital store solution, the Premium Package.
Hello, Paul
I hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
If you’re using the WP Pro Membership along with the Download Manager plugin, this functionality is supported. You can allow users with an active subscription to download your products.
If you have further queries, feel free to ask.

Hello,
I hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Since you’ve updated from a very old version (v5.0.3) to the latest version (v6.7), a lot has changed in the plugin’s structure and functionality over time. Major updates like this often involve significant changes in how data is stored and managed — especially for features like tags, categories, and custom fields.
It’s possible that some data, like your tags, didn’t migrate correctly due to the large version gap. Kindly share you login credentials in a private reply to check the issue.

Kindly check if the Administrator role is selected under File Browser Access settings.
We haven’t received any similar reports from other customers using WP Engine or Flywheel.
Stamped PDF downloads are working as expected in our test site; please share your WP-login credentials privately so we can check the issue from your end.
