If you apply lock to a package that contains multiple files or attach directory, downloading an individual file will not work. It will be downloaded as a zip.
You can translate these fields using a translation plugin such as Loco Translate. After installing it, go to the plugin’s interface, select Premium Package from the list, and then search for Name and Email to customize their translations.
To update the OneDrive integration, simply download the latest version from this page and install it on your site, just as you would with any other plugin. As I previously did on your test site.
I did not apply any modification on your site. Also try clearing the cache from settings > Privacy > Clear Cache

It’s a bit unusual, each time we test the downloads, everything seems to work perfectly. I haven’t encountered this issue before either.
OneDrive is not connected usually indicates an issue with your credentials, which is preventing the add-on from successfully connecting.
Please ensure that you are not using demo site OneDrive credentials on your live site or double check the credentials (domain, client id, client secret)

As for the Powered by WPDM footer, it cannot be removed through the available settings. If you prefer not to display it, the only option is to remove it directly from the code.
