Create Pay link is not functional at this moment, we are working on it.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
If licensing is enabled for a package, it will be displayed accordingly and can be used for various service tiers, such as standard, gold, or platinum subscriptions. When a user purchases one of these packages, a corresponding license is issued and on their purchases page, where it remains active for the specified duration for example, one year.
You can customize the license from Premium Packages > License Settings
It is typically unnecessary for one time purchases.
More documentation here, License Manager
Regarding the PayPal redirect URL after payment, you can set it from Premium Package > Payment > Paypal > Redirect Url
Unfortunately, we haven’t encountered this issue before.
You could also review the error logs for any helpful details and share those with your developer for further investigation.
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
Regarding your concern, there are no known performance issues specifically related to the Archive Page add-on in terms of page speed. The loading time largely depends on the server, how well the server is configured.
Since you have almost 6,000 packages, the performance you’re experiencing is likely influenced by the volume of data being processed rather than the add-on itself.
To help improve the loading speed, we kindly recommend the following:
– Enable proper caching on your website(page caching and object caching)
– Reduce the number of packages displayed per page to around 10–15 items, which can significantly decrease load time
These optimizations usually make a noticeable difference in performance, particularly for larger libraries.

We have fixed the excerpt issue for wpdm_all_packages, it will be added in the next update.
Thank you for your valuable suggestions.
As we have only updated the UI within the packages blocks(wpdm_packages), the structure and functionality of the packages blocks themselves remain unchanged. All modifications are exclusively applied to the wpdm_all_packages table in v7.3.6.
We are checking the issue and will provide you with an update shortly.
Hello,
I hope you are doing well.
For performance reasons, we are fetching all packages in a single request and then render them on the frontend based on the user’s access roles. Because of this approach, the pagination reflects the total number of packages.
You can use alternative shortcodes like [wpdm_category] or [wpdm_packages], which let you filter results better and with proper pagination. Like this..
Thanks for your understanding.

Hi,
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration caused regarding the tag_filter feature.
You were right to expect this functionality based on our previous communication. In version 7.3.3, we introduced the filter functionality, but unfortunately did not include the tag_filter as promised.
We are extremely sorry for this oversight. We’re currently working on implementing the tag_filter properly, and it will be included in the next update with complete functionality and clear documentation.
We truly appreciate your patience and continued support
