It was a cache issue. After clearing the cache it worked.

After removing the login page from Frontend Acces > Login Page the login form is no longer appearing.

I understand your concern and it is valid.

There could be several reasons behind this, such as a development/staging site, multiple URLs pointing to the same package, or historical changes to the package URLs.

However, we will review this functionality again to make sure there are no issues with the current QR code generation process.

In the meantime, we would recommend monitoring the number of generated QR code files for the next month.

We have implemented caching for the QR code images to improve page load speed. So, every time when a package gets uploaded/updated a new QR image is generated.

Unfortunately, there is no option to disable the qr code generation. Those files are being generated for faster QR code response.
