I have identified the issue with the Terms & Conditions option not appearing for a single file, while the other lock options are displaying correctly.

Regarding the file size issue, are you uploading the files from the Cloudflare bucket? Also, the file icon is being assigned automatically based on the file extension. Could you please explain how the images/icons are currently being set?

The Terms Lock modal is appearing correctly in our test environment.

I also checked your site and noticed that the Terms Lock modal is not appearing there. Since the packages are being displayed through Products, I’m unable to test each package individually.

This issue may be occurring due to a conflict with another plugin, or theme on the site.
