For customization you have to pay. If you don’t want to pay then try other options like all_packages shortcode or wpdm_categories shortcode.
Unfortunately, search by tags feature is not available right now. If you want you can avail our Custom Upgrade Service

The issue occurred due to a conflict between WPDM Stripe and the Checkout Plugins – Stripe for WooCommerce. Upon deactivating the Checkout Plugins – Stripe for WooCommerce, the page is working fine. Kindly check.

Now it’s clear to me. It’s because of auto download option.
In free version there is no option called Disable Auto Download.
Download Manager Pro offers the option to disable auto-downloads, here is the screenshot

It seems there might be a conflict arising from the plugins interacting with each other.
Could you try deactivating all plugins temporarily except WPDM Pro and PDF Viewer and see if that solves the problem? Then, activate the plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
