To use Download Manager on multiple sites (2-5), you’ll need a Business License; the Pro license is for a single site only.

Our development team has confirmed that we currently do not plan to implement the specific time setting for the download limit reset. If you want, we can customize it for you.
It might be due to a conflict with another plugin or the theme. Kindly try deactivating all plugins except Download Manager and check if the issue still occurs.
