Please delete all the same packages first which were first uploaded or remove the packages from the csv list.
I see first version of the package of created 2021/10/07. I think the old packages also have the same ids.
As you have many files, If you find fatal error while deleting, I would suggest to increase execution time following this or you can start delete the files again.

I already tested the csv and found there is no issue with it. If there is no similar uploaded packages, it will not get duplicate files.

Sorry for this inconvenience.
Sometimes this problem in export happens because of bug.
In this case you can export “Downloads” from the WordPress export I sent screenshot.
Then you can import the file through the Import option of WPDM.
If still the problem persists, you can send me temporary admin access of the websites in a private reply. It will help me to resolve the issue quickly.

There could be conflict between javascript files also if you are using any cache plugin, the issue could be happened because of that.
You can disable bootstrap js from wpdm from Downloads > Settings > User Interface option

You can update the 6.0.9 version from wordpress dashboard Plugins > Add New option too. In this case it will be replaced.
Also you can replace the download-manager directory from ftp too. It will work in the same way.
However please also update other addons of wpdm too if your are using. It will fix any unexpected problems.

I am sorry unfortunately the addon works in this way. There is no alternative.
Prepaid credit purchase and normal orders aren’t related. Also credits must be used as a payment method. You can also add other payment methods too at the same time.

Each credit will be counted as $1 when purchasing an item. If you want to keep the balance between credits and dollar amount than sell each credit for one dollar. That solves your issue.
