Sorry for this inconvenience.
Make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. Current version of wpdm is 6.1.2. If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update from here.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, please deactivate and reactivate other plugins to check if there is any conflict with other plugins. You can also change the theme to make sure theme is not conflicting.
If, still the problem exists then please share your admin login credentials with us in a private reply so that we can debug and give you a better solution about it?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I think it is a server issue. I see last uploaded file was uploaded in Feb 09 2022. Even I have found the files are not uploading in the download-manager-files directory.
Maybe server is not allowing to write there.
In this case I would suggest you to contact with the hosting support. Before that, You can also clear cache and test by disabling cache and other plugins to check if caching or any plugins conflict is causing the issue

I would suggest you to contact with your hosting support about the issue. As we dont have any year limiting functionality in advanced access control, maybe any other reasons are responsible for this. They may tell you the reason which may help to solve the problem.

You have to remove the template tags in page template to hide those.
As you are using free version you can’t edit templates tag directly.
In the free
You just need to follow this:
1. Copy page-templates directory from /plugins/download-manager/src/package/views
directory to your active theme directory.
2. Make a new directory as download-manager
in your active theme directory.
3. Now remove all files from {active-theme}/download-manager/page-templates
except the template files you need to update.
4. Update template file(s) in {active-theme}/download-manager/page-templates
directory as per your need.
