Hello Curtis,
Thanks for contacting WPDM Support forum. Glad to see your interest in WP Pro membership.
Our membership plugin uses paypal API to make payment. You can check the demo from here here you can check the admin dashboard here
If a member cancells then he will be removed from the member capabilities. That mean he will be unable to access premium downloads. cancellation will be effective from the finishing of the access period of the member. Though there is way to prevent access immediately.
Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks

Hello Rui,
As WPDM uses the roles of WordPress, currently there is no setting that will only make users subscriber to WPDM. It uses the global user roles of WordPress and registered users can be found Dashboard > Users
However, if you need to add custom roles you can check our WP Pro Membership plugin.

Hello,
You can check the demos of our below addon.
It can be used to organize and filter files.
However, if you are using any wpdm shortcodes, you may find paramters to sort files with that shortcode. You can provide me the related url to check the files and suggest to sort those.
Thanks

Hello Nash,
Thanks for contacting WPDM Support Forum.
There I would suggest clearing the cache from your site and browser, If you are using any caching plugin, keep it disabled for some time and check again. Hopefully, the issue will be solved.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, you need to run a conflict test on your site to detect what actually causes the problem. To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or 2022 and check if the issue still persists.
If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts among the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WPDM with all addons of WPDM if you are using and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
If the issue still persists, Let us know if you need further assistance from us. Then share temporary admin access in a private reply to check and solve the issue quickly.
We will be glad to help you.
Regards
Tanvir

Hello @Goode,
Thanks for contacting WPDM.
I have checked the latest version of WPDM Pro but haven’t found any related issues with Categories and tags.
There could be a conflict issue in your server. To identify that, you need to run a conflict test on your site to detect what actually causes the problem. To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or 2022 and check if the issue still persists.

After doing so, if still the problem persists, could you please share temporary admin access to check the issue closely? If there is anything wrong, It will help me to solve it within a short time.

Hello,
You can disable the auto updates.
When any theme or plugin is going to update in WordPress, the whole site goes to maintenance mode automatically.
It is not an issue at all. You don’t need to worry just disable the auto update.
Thanks

Hello Heather,
Thanks for contacting WPDM Support forum.
You have to use template tag to show that. The available template tags can be found here. the template tag should be added to the link template that you will use. The template tag [create_date]
returns The Publish Date of a Package
As you are using free version, you can’t add template tag directly. You have to follow the number 3
point from here.
Thanks

Hello,
You can’t bulk update all from WPDM. You used the shortcode in a input of woocommerce. So you have to manually update all the products or you have to use something to bulk update in Woocommerce. Also, you can update that part from database from phpmyadmin. Maybe you updated WPDM from a very old version. That caused the issue.
Thanks
