Uploading Problem.

Hello Dear,

I used Download Manager last few years. But last one week I can’t upload my file. When I try to upload the file then is stating and upload some mb but after some time it’s going to 0 mb.

Please see the issue.

Hello Ibrahim,
Thanks for contacting WPDM Support.
However, to solve the issue please make sure the php upload max file size is set properly in your servers.

You can check that from Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info > Server . If that is lower, you have to increase that by following this or by contacting your hosting support.

After doing so, if the problem still persists, please provide temporary admin access in a private reply.

Hello @babupc,
Sorry for this inconvenience.
We are checking the issue and found that older versions are okay.
However, in the meantime, please download an older version from here by selecting any older version in example 3.2.50. Then let me know if the issue persists on your site.

Hello,
You won’t loss the files. Downgrading version will just replace wpdm plugin files.

Hello Dear,

I try with 2.9.99 upto 3.2.49 version. But result is nothing, It’s really make unhappy me.Are you have any solution for it?
