Yes that is possible.
I provided you the location of the related iframe template. You need to keep it in download-manager directory in your theme as like as mentioned here in number 3.
Editing styles there will update the iframe form lock.

However, unfortunately the issue you are talking about is not a bug. The dropdown will show all the categories. Even if you exclude few, it will be showed there. To hide the exclude feature, I would request you to request the feature in this section.
Our developer team will check for that and while not guaranteed, they may integrate it in future update.

section in ..\download-manager\src\Package\views\lock-options-iframe.php
file. you can update it to your theme to keep changes, by following the number 3 point of the doc,

There is all the possible overwrites in wpdm.
Template is basically used in theme and using 1 & 2 you can overright theme.
Here in number 3 there is the instructions to update template of plugin.

I have found that if I change divi theme to any default theme, the download packages show properly.
Maybe there could be issue in the divi theme that is there.
Please check if any changes made there because wpdm packages are working fine with all other themes.
