Sorry currently it is not possible. There is other feature include_children that you are already using. We don’t have any other features regarding categories.

Yes you can preselect categories. For that you need to add the category parameter in the shortcode.

— category: use any category slug here if you want to create an archive page for that specific category or don’t use the parameter

Example: [wpdm_archive_filter category= “cat-slug” items_per_page=10 include_children=1 template=”hover_card__2″ cols=1 orderby=”title” order=”ASC”]

There is a setting to open download in a new tab

I can confirm no issue regardin guest. The issue lies within preview and files. Dont put link there.

Just checked the link. there is same issue for preview and file headers. You are not following my guideling for preview and files. Those are causing issue. Nothing to tell newly.

Not resolved still the 504 error there.
However, I would suggest to clear all kind of cache of your site if cache plugin is there, disable that temporary. I hope it will solve the issue.

It is showing 504 error. server is responsible for it. I have found download packages are okay there without issue.
The 504 (Gateway Timeout) status code indicates that the server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, did not receive a timely response from an upstream server it needed to access in order to complete the request. The error may be a temporary occurrence due to too much traffic toward the server or site.

For this issue please contact with server support team. They will solve it.

I need admin role. It is not giving me the options to check. Give me this role in your site or use the credentials I have provided to replicate.
Also let me know the related pages to check the issues.

It seems the download permission is not given to all visitors. Please make sure that you have set the dowloads permission to all visitors.

Hello,

I have tested to import file in your site.
It is working perfectly.
The csv file is here and the package download link is here.

So what will you do to import all the files

You will download that sample.csv I have just sent. Then you will edit the titles and descriptions accordingly and check the csv headers.
Before importing csv, you need to keep all pdf files those will be imported in download-manager-files directory. If those are added in that directory, then you just need to add file names below files header of csv. if you want to add multiple file, file names are separated by commas and keep them within double quote.

Preview images should be kept in uploads directory to avoid any confusions. Then just add the jpg files names there. If you check that csv I sent, you will get it where and how I added that.

You don’t need to edit other headers of csv if not needed. You may kept it as it is there. Just copy rows and add the necessary details. Try to avoid any ' or any special characters in titles or description. It may conflict.
