HI,
sorry for the inconvenience.

I have a problem with the login form modal when you click on download, in practice the pop up is not visible, if I activate the inspect mode this is displayed but not visible, the site is on a test domain, I will forward you the link to the page where stop testing the module

Could it be that it conflicts with something that doesn’t appear?

Thanks for contacting us.

It seems the download permission is not given to all visitors. Please make sure that you have set the dowloads permission to all visitors.

Thank you for your time spent with me.

Your suggestion helps me download the file.

The goal was to have the user register to download the file.

Do you have a solution?

Yes.
For that use all the user roles in that field instead of all visitor.
