Make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update from here.

I see you are using old version of wpdm that is 6.0.0.
Please install the latest version of wpdm pro 6.0.7 from here and disabled resumable download from wpdm basic setting, video player will work fine with ff, chrome, safari and any other browser.

The issue is because of the conflict because of the outdated version of WPDM – Form Lock. I have disabled that. Now it is okay.
If you need to use that addon just use the updated version 1.9.0 from here if you have purchased that.

WPDM uses html5 for the video player.
The issue is browser doesn’t support html5 video. Make sure that the safari you are using supports html5 video.

The video should be displayed if you are using an HTML5-capable browser.

I provided solution with redirect parameter of shortcode. As you are using many pages with many languages, that is the best solution for you. The fact here is that one page is not being translated but one page has different language versions. So it is not possible to auto redirect to different languages version with one shortcode without using the redirect parameter.

Unfortunately link template editing is not possible with free version of WPDM.
We have similar search functions with our directory addon.

Did you upload video using media library?
if you are adding a video file, you can add it using the media library, then it will play everywhere without any trouble.
