If you want to customize a view in your own way, you need to edit template files inside /plugins/wpdm-archive-page/src/Templates/****/views/ dir. Please follow the following steps to edit a template file so that the new update doesn’t erase your changes:
1. Create a dir path download-manager/wpdm-archive-page/**** inside your active theme directory if it is already not there. Here replace **** with simple or flat or filteror compact, depending on the template dir name, from where you are moving the template file.
For example, if you are editing template file from/wpdm-archive-page/src/Templates/Filter/views, you need to place it in {active-theme-dir}/download-manager/wpdm-archive-page/filter/
2. Copy all the files you need to modify
Update template file(s) in {active-theme-dir}/download-manager/wpdm-archive-page/**** dir as per your need.

For #10, We are checking the issue. I have already forwarded it to our related team authority.
For updating the WPDM PRO plugin, please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel.
For saving settings again for the license key option from Downloads -> Settings -> License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated,
For updating WPDM add-ons, please download your plugin from here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases,
And update manually from the wp-admin dashboard Plugins > Add New option. I hope, thus it will resolve your issue. For the Download > Settings > Updates option will may not work properly for some server settings. please check and let me know, if you have any queries.

The normal select file and attach option is also not working. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking.Please kindly check and let me know.

For #1, We have fixed the issue, update has been released for the add-on.
For #8, I have added the below CSS from Customizer > Additional CSS
