Please follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

Automatic updating is available only with the license key.

Yes, you can. If you purchase Pro WPDM, then you will find an option like the below image.

You can approve or decline users for downloading your package.

Without auto-update and installation, you have to manually upload that for Pro Version.

I have done it from

Settings > User Interface > Disable Bootstrap Js

In your site, “Post Types Order” and “Simple Custom Post Order” plugin causing the trouble. The Plugins are diactivated, now that is working.
