Anyone facing this problem, Please follow these steps to update,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

The auto-update has been enabled for the latest version.

I have checked it. It is your theme that making the conflict, I have switched to the other theme. Then the additional preview images are shown. Please provide your FTP credentials for checking which script making the conflict in your theme.

When you are using a plugin like live forms, gravity form, contact form. please place a field like an email address, then when the user puts the email, the download link will be served to the user given email. Thus, he/she will be able to download.

If you found any issue before purchasing, you should see the demo. and for any default customization, you can knock here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=upgrade. because the icon which you are talking about to change is the default behavior of the shortcode. for any customization, you can knock the provided link. and conflicting with your other plugin have to check the corresponded plugin which is making the conflict.

For #1 it should work, if you are using Pro WPDM, you have also access for creating page templates/ link templates and there also the preview button.
and For #2 and #3 subcategories and Allow Access also should work. if possible, Please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking.
