We have checked from our side in the live server that is working fine, there may be misconfiguration with your settings in Mailchimp. if possible please, Please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking again and if possible Mailchimp credential too for setup.

Hi,

You should use a good FTP app for transferring/migrations of your site for full cloning or you can use WordPress default export/import feature, there you find separate Downloads option. Also, you can use our WPDM Default Values add on for bulk apply for your packages.

Hi,

If you have to make custom templates. then when the plugin will be updated and then you need/want to update it. but after updating the plugin the templates may be lost. for safety purposes, you can follow/copy in your theme folder the templates for the permanent solution.

And for the query, when a user is not allowed to download(Hide Everything) the option is available in the pro version. you can check that.

Hi,

I have tested creating package/file from your site. https://www.sunbeamcarclubofnewzealand.org.nz/download/wpdm-sub-test/, https://www.sunbeamcarclubofnewzealand.org.nz/download/wpdm-test/.

Because you have copied the page templates or link templates from the plugin folder, customized them as per your need and when plugin will be updated the templates will be not lost. i hope you have understood.

Please follow these steps to update the plugin,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from Downloads > Settings > Updates tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.

Hi,

I have checked your issue. For open file in the browser has some extra functionality that has been enabled via some functions, but it has not available template tags. on the other hand, downloading the file has available template tags. I am searching for an alternative way of making it possible. I will update you soon if it possible.

Hi,

The feature is filename is showing, but the download button is not showing If you remove the user’s name from Select Members. and give access to all visitors then it will be shown the download button. otherwise, no user can able to access download the file. Please check and let me know.
