Panya, please open a separate ticket for your issue. Please send your server error log error. It may indicate the issue of what is happening with the latest version. It is not happening with all users. Some user is facing it.

Please follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

Without auto-update and installation, you have to manually upload that for Pro Version.

I have done it from

Settings > User Interface > Disable Bootstrap Js

so, it will not change next time.

In your site, “Post Types Order” and “Simple Custom Post Order” plugin causing the trouble. The Plugins are diactivated, now that is working.

Hello,

Most probably server is blocking the WPDM CSS/JS. Please ask your server support to check the issue. The JS and CSS are not loading frontend and backend on both sides.

It can be .htaccess problem which causing the error. And the problem with admin-ajax.php in which server is not responding.
