Your site and theme are working with the Bootstrap 3 version. I have made a test package, http://nra.co.za.dedi429.jnb3.host-h.net/download/wpdm-test/ and it is working fine. I have switched Bootstrap version 4 to 3 from Downloads > Settings > User Interface

Ok, I guess, you are trying to customize the templates or link template, you can create a new template and put there the [doc_preview] template tag. Thus you shall get the PDF preview and rest of them, you can put static also can make dynamic, if you create them from scratch you can make them dynamic with PHP. please check Downloads > Templates. please let me know further.

I have checked your issue, there giving 500 error in your browser console,

If you have a 500 error revealed in your JS console, it’s mainly due to a PHP Error.
Ask your server administrator to provide you the PHP Error log output, And

It’s mainly due to several factors :
– the CURL extension isn’t installed as it’s required by this plugin
– the allow_fopen instruction is not enabled
– your Memory limit is too low (you will need at least 128M, 64M is pretty low!)

I have made the solution for your issue, please put this code,

$cpage['orderby'] = 'title';
$cpage['order'] = 'ASC';

in taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php file in download-manger > tpls. you can put between this code

$cpage['toolbar'] = (int)$cpage['heading'];
 $cpage['async'] = 1;
