We have updated the WPDM PRO plugin. so there needs an update for the hosting storage plugins for those adjustments. I have informed from our senior developer those plugins are going to update soon too.

In that case, they are gone except you have a database backup. all custom templates are stored in options table in a serialized format, the option names are _fm_link_templates and _fm_page_templates
