I didn’t install Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin. However, it has been built by the WordPress team and it is useful for WordPress 5.5 version too. and for the blinking dropbox interface, it has to be checked your theme enqueued scripts one by one where the conflict making.

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

I have checked your issue. the blinking dropbox interface is causing because of your theme script conflict. I have switched the theme to other themes. it is working fine there. I have also searched for theme option of your theme for making adjustment but the theme may have no theme option. please check.

I have just made the page template adjusted, you can see it here, https://marketing.sswhitedental.com/wpdm-test/.

But one problem remained because you have used most of the page template Gutenor full width, but I have adjusted just in the default template. I think you are using the extra featured plugin for this Gutenor full width page template. if you can refer the related PHP file, I can also adjust it. but now it is only available in the default page template orpage.php file.
