Normally it is not working because through ajax loading it is fetching only the files/packages contents, not 3rd party shortcode contents, for that it is required some customization for making compatibility with your 3rd party shortcode

Which role you are using, for restrict admin certain option, you may also unable to access that, if you are using admin role, I think it is better if you give other roles for them for accessing those section, let me know, please…
