If you have a 500 error revealed in your JS console, it’s mainly due to a PHP Error, And

It’s mainly due to several factors :
– the CURL extension isn’t installed as it’s required by this plugin
– the allow_fopen instruction is not enabled
– your Memory limit is too low (you will need at least 128M, 64M is pretty low!)

I think your requirements are exclude/prevent the count of downloading the packages of your staff from the download-stats option, please let me know if I get you

WPDM Package Settings doesn’t have an option called exclude access from downloading the packages, however, you can give particular roles in the Allow Acesss for downloading the packages
