Downloads suddenly corrupted

Some files just randomly stop downloading correctly, each file is 0.0Kb and can’t be opened.

Looking at the chrome dev console i get this error: Resource interpreted as Document but transferred with MIME type application/octet-

The only solution is to reupload the file, it works fine for about a week, and then it won’t work again.
