'orderby' ► 'name', thus it is arranged alphabetically, you can also see here, __( "All Categories", "download-manager" ) already translate ready. please check your translate plugin again

and for problem #3, please update your plugin to the latest version

Hope you are well. And sorry for the delay, The issue you are claiming is working fine from our side. So, I was trying to see what errors are coming. I was adjusting with some code for watching the errors with the below code from the wp-config.php file,
@ini_set('log_errors', 'On');
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
But somehow now I can’t able to access the wp-admin panel, can you please look into this accessing it from your FTP access. and for making debug mode on, please check this article https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ for making easy to investigate the debug errors
