Extremely sorry for your issue. I have checked your issue in detail. The issue is related to your theme. It is working fine with other themes. I have also checked the cache issue in detail. I think that it is related to the cache issue from your theme/other settings. Can you please contact your theme support too. I hope you should get the help immediately. The theme is retaining page contents though it has been changed from the backend. It is working fine with other themes. please check

I have not the earlier old version now. But, running the WPDM version with the latest chrome you to need update your copy to the latest WPDM version. please update your copy to the latest version for getting the latest feature and performance
