Hope you are well. If you are using shortcode [live_chat]. For live_chat user will get a notification from a given email while the chat start and the admin can see and reply msg from the wp-admin > Message > Private Chat panel. For more live chat settings you can visit wp-admin > Message > Settings > General > Live Chat Settings. please check and let me know if you have other queries

Yes, you are also able to put the shortcode in page template and archive page template too. you can use the below code snippet in your PHP file,

and implement it thereby. you can also able to clone the PHP only page template and use the above code snippet there

For Now, Package access rule should be like this,

Package Access = Package Access + All Category Access = All Visitors + Subscribers = All Visitors

and Package Access = Package Access empty + Category Access(Subscribers) = Subscribers

or Package Access = Package Access(subscriber) + Category Access(Subscribers) = Subscribers

Hope you are well. If you are trying to add a category title on the WPDM category page, you can use the default category option from the edit category page, Do Not Apply option, thus it will use the theme archive page, or you can also use taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php from your theme too.

And for breadcrumbs, you can use the single-wpdmpro.php file copying the single.php file from your theme. And you can use there your own customized breadcrumbs appearance. For without plugin breadcrumbs functionality you can check this article, https://gist.github.com/tinotriste/5387124

As per rules, Package Access = Package Access(subscriber) + Category Access(Subscribers) = Subscribers should watch the package, you have choose multiple roles from category, so it can be access from various roles. I hope you have understood.
