I think for this page, https://congserve.staging.wpengine.com/the-foundation/ this accordion portion c-3-Reformation graphic you are using package shortcode and it is using link-template, so it is not rendering the full content like package URL where it is using the page template. you can compare the link template and page template from Downloads> Templates and also from package settings for the related packages.
And for the second issue, you are using shortcode in your template/related link template. For the template section, the template only render template tags/variables, please check the right sidebar section and also can check this doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/template-tags/

Sorry for this issue. We have rebuilt the codebase from the ground. the code and file structure were totally rearranged. I think for loading pages, optimizations, and user experience you are also using the Fastest Cache plugin. you may skip download packages for now for amp settings and we shall also look over this for giving you a better user experience for the next update.

I have checked that, you have attached an external file URL. so sometimes it is opening in the browser. I think for masking file URL, it is better to upload the file manually for the packages
