here you will find a parameter called showcount

Hope you are well. Another way you can copy file download URL option from as I image attached

and if you restrict any package with a certain role, that role will only be able to access it for download package. please let me know, if I can help you somehow, otherwise, please share your related package URL, if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.
